Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of this website (the Site) and the waitlist it offers. The Site is operated by Rekt Brands Inc. (we, us). By using the Site or submitting your email address, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Short version. Tradooors are digital collectibles that play a game of paper trading on real prices. They are not investments. Mints are final. Allowlist places are free extras measured at a snapshot. The game rules will be published before it starts and may change until then. You must be 18 or over.
1. What this Site is
The Site is promotional material for the REKT TRADOOOR project, including the mint information page. Until the game starts, everything shown is preliminary and may change, be delayed, or be withdrawn at any time and without notice. Information on the Site is provided for general interest only.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to join the waitlist, mint, hold a tradooor or take part in the game.
2. The waitlist
You may give us your email address to be notified about the project. Registering:
- creates no contract between us, and no obligation on us to contact you;
- reserves nothing, allocates nothing, and gives you no priority, entitlement, right or option of any kind, whether or not the Site suggests otherwise;
- may be ended by you at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
We may close, limit, pause or remove the waitlist at any time. We may decline or remove any registration at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe it is automated, duplicated or abusive.
3. No offer and no advice
Nothing on the Site is an offer, solicitation or invitation to buy or subscribe for anything, in any jurisdiction. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it must not be relied on when making any decision. Any market data shown is supplied by third parties for illustration, may be delayed or inaccurate, and is not a recommendation.
4. Forward-looking statements
Anything on the Site describing future plans, features, timing or availability is a present intention only. Plans change. We give no assurance that anything described or implied will happen, or happen in the form shown.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it; submit anyone else's personal data; use automated means to register, scrape or place unreasonable load on the Site; or use the Site for anything unlawful.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents, including text, artwork, imagery, logos, names and design, belong to Rekt Brands Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site as published. You may not copy, adapt, republish or use any part of it commercially without our prior written permission.
7. Third-party services and links
The Site relies on third-party services for hosting, email delivery and market data, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices.
Third-party names, logos and marks that appear on the Site or in these terms, including OpenSea, Robinhood, Whop and Klaviyo, belong to their owners. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with us, or any endorsement, sponsorship or approval of the project by them.
8. Availability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information on it is accurate or current. We may modify, suspend or withdraw the Site at any time.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site; and our total liability in connection with the Site is limited to £100. In connection with a mint, a tradooor, an allowlist place or the game, our total liability to you, however arising, is limited to the mint price you paid for the tradooor concerned, and for anything that was free (an allowlist place, a prize, a promotional benefit) it is nil, in each case to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Things outside our control. We are not liable for any failure, delay, loss or damage caused by events or systems we do not control, including blockchain networks and their congestion, forks, reorganisations or outages; wallets, browsers, RPC providers and other software; OpenSea, Whop, Klaviyo, hosting, market-data and any other third-party platform or service; internet or power failure; hacks, exploits or security incidents on third-party systems; changes in law, regulation or platform rules; and acts of third parties generally.
Your responsibility. You will compensate us for losses, claims and reasonable costs we suffer because of your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the Site or the mint, or your fraud, to the extent the law where you live allows.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. The mint and the NFTs
This section applies if and when REKT TRADOOOR NFTs (tradooors) are offered for sale (the mint), whether through this Site, a marketplace such as OpenSea, or a mint page we designate. It sits alongside the terms of whichever platform processes your purchase.
Where and how. The mint is planned to run on OpenSea's drop platform on Robinhood Chain, in phases we announce (allowlist phases followed by a public phase), at the price and time we announce. OpenSea's own terms apply to your use of its platform and to the payment. Dates, phases, allowances and price are forward-looking statements under section 4 until the mint opens, and we may change them with notice.
What a tradooor is. A tradooor is a digital collectible and an entry into a game we operate. It is not an investment, a security, a share of any business, a currency, or a promise of income, appreciation or resale value. Its picture is its DNA: the visible traits are the parameters the game uses. Traits are assigned at random and revealed after mint on the date we announce; before reveal every tradooor shows the same placeholder image. We make no promise about which traits any tradooor will have.
The game is paper trading. Tradooors trade simulated positions against real, public market prices inside our own engine. No real accounts are opened, no real orders are placed, and no funds of yours are traded, held or at risk in the game. Nothing a tradooor does is a recommendation, and nothing you do in the game is trading. Where the rules let holders make choices about their tradooors (for example which tradooors to field), outcomes still depend on market prices and each tradooor's programmed behaviour, and we make no promise that any choice improves results.
The game. The game format, rules, timing, prize (if any) and prize mechanics are not final and may change at any time, before or during a run, including materially. We may amend the published rules, adjust parameters, pause, suspend, restart, void or end any run (including practice and rehearsal runs) at our sole discretion, and the version of the rules published on the Site at any given time is the version that applies. Anything said about the game is a forward-looking statement under section 4. Prizes, where offered, may be subject to identity checks, tax reporting, wallet ownership checks and residency restrictions, and may not be available in every jurisdiction.
Game integrity and moderation. We operate the game and the Site, and we may at our sole discretion and without notice: exclude, suspend or ban any wallet, desk, tradooor, account or person from the game, from any leaderboard or prize, or from any Site feature, including where we reasonably believe there has been abuse, an exploit or attempted exploit, automation, market manipulation aimed at game outcomes, a breach of these terms, or conduct we consider harmful to the game or other participants; remove, edit or refuse any desk name, profile content or other user-supplied content, including names we consider offensive, misleading or impersonating; and correct errors, rerun or roll back affected portions of a run, or restore from a backup where a technical fault has affected the game. Exclusion from the game does not affect ownership of the NFT itself. We are not obliged to give reasons, though we usually will. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where they cannot be limited.
All mint purchases are final. Minting is an on-chain transaction that cannot be reversed. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations for a mint, including where you change your mind, dislike the traits revealed, mint the wrong quantity, mint from the wrong wallet, or lose access to your wallet. Network fees are paid to the network, not to us, and are never refundable. The only exception is if we cancel the mint before your tradooor is delivered, in which case we will refund the mint price you paid (not network fees) to the paying wallet or payment method.
Card payments, disputes and chargebacks. If a platform lets you pay for a mint by card or another reversible method, that payment is for an on-chain item that we cannot take back. If a mint payment is disputed, reversed or charged back, we may, to the extent the platform and the chain allow: treat the tradooor as unpaid; exclude it and the wallet that holds it from the game, from any prize, and from any airdrop, allowlist or other benefit; refuse future mints and benefits to the person, email address, payment method and wallet address involved; and recover the amount reversed together with our reasonable costs. Knowingly making a false or bad-faith chargeback is a breach of these terms. Nothing here limits your good-faith right to dispute an unauthorised, fraudulent or incorrectly processed payment: contact us first at the address in section 14 and we will look into it.
Allowlists. We may run the mint in phases, including allowlist phases before a public phase. An allowlist place is a free promotional benefit: it gives priority access to buy during a stage of the mint, up to the mint allowance we state for that list, and nothing more. It is not a free tradooor, not a right to mint, not a guarantee of supply, and not a promise that a mint will take place on any date, at any price, or at all. Eligibility for each list is measured once, at a snapshot taken at the date and time we announce; wallets, subscriptions or holdings acquired after the snapshot do not qualify. Places are personal, non-transferable, have no cash value, and are limited to the wallets and allowances we publish. We may add, remove, merge, delay or withdraw any list or place with notice, and doing so gives no right to compensation. Once a list has been submitted to the mint platform it may not be technically possible to change or remove an address.
Stacking. Where one wallet qualifies under more than one allowlist line, its allowances add together and are enforced by the mint platform per wallet. Allowlist amounts on the mint platform are updated after the relevant snapshot; until then the amount shown for a wallet may not be final.
Rekt Mkts Pro places and the wallet deadline. To receive allowlist places through a Rekt Mkts Pro membership you must submit the wallet address you want the places assigned to, through Whop, before the Pro snapshot deadline we announce (for the August 2026 mint: 12PM ET on Thursday 20 August 2026). A membership with no wallet submitted by the deadline receives no places, however long it has been active, and a wallet submitted after the deadline is not added. Existing memberships in good standing at the snapshot are included provided the wallet has been submitted in time. We may pause new Rekt Mkts Pro memberships once the Pro allocation is spoken for. Allowlist places earned through a Rekt Mkts Pro subscription are also governed by the Rekt Mkts Terms of Service and Refund and Cancellation Policy, including their payment conditions. A place is forfeited, and any tradooor minted through it may be excluded from the game and its prize, if the qualifying subscription, purchase or payment is refunded, reversed, disputed or found to be fraudulent before or after the allowlist is finalised. Places earned by holding a token or NFT are measured at the announced snapshot only; selling or moving the holding afterwards does not remove the place, and acquiring it afterwards does not create one.
Problems at mint. Minting depends on systems we do not run: OpenSea's drop platform, Robinhood Chain, your wallet and browser, and the internet between them. We do not promise that the mint will open on time, run without interruption, or that every eligible person will be able to mint. We are not responsible for, and will not compensate, extend, re-run or reopen a phase because of: platform outages, slowness or errors; failed, stuck, dropped or reverted transactions; gas costs or gas spikes; wallet, signature or connection problems; a phase or the whole mint selling out before you transact; bots or other buyers acting faster than you; an allowlist allocation that is missing, lower than expected or assigned to a different address because the address you submitted was wrong, incomplete, submitted late, submitted for a different chain, or not submitted at all; errors or delays in uploading or processing an allowlist or a snapshot; or a mistake in any third-party data we rely on. If we identify a genuine error on our side, we may in our sole discretion correct it by a method we choose (for example an additional allocation, a later window or a refund of the mint price), and that choice is final. We may pause, delay, restructure or cancel any phase or the whole mint at any time, before or during it, for any reason, and if the mint is cancelled before delivery our only obligation is to refund the mint price you paid (not network fees).
Reveal and game timing. The reveal date, game start date, rules and mechanics are targets, not promises, and may move. A delay to the reveal or the game is not a fault, not grounds for a refund, and not a basis for any claim.
Wallets. You are responsible for the wallet address you supply or mint from, for its keys, and for making sure it is one you control on the correct chain. Rekt Mkts Pro members supply their address through Whop; holders of eligible tokens or NFTs are measured at the wallet that holds them at the snapshot. We cannot recover tradooors sent to an address you do not control, and a mistaken address is not grounds for a refund.
Your tradooor and its artwork. When you mint or buy a tradooor you own the token. For as long as you own it we grant you a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, copy and share the artwork of that tradooor for personal, non-commercial purposes, including as a profile picture, and to sell or transfer the token with the artwork. Rekt Brands Inc. keeps ownership of the artwork, the REKT and REKT TRADOOOR names and marks, the game and everything else on the Site. Any wider commercial licence for holders will be published with the game rules. The token and this licence survive the end of the game, whether or not your tradooor is still standing.
Honorary tradooors. Some tradooors are named for, or styled after, real people, projects or brands. They are made with the honoree's knowledge, are tributes, and do not imply that the honoree endorses, sponsors, operates or is liable for the mint or the game.
Secondary sales and royalties. After mint you may sell your tradooor on any marketplace that supports the chain, subject to that marketplace's terms. Any creator royalty is collected by marketplaces on a best-efforts basis and is not guaranteed; any use we make of royalties (for example buying and burning $REKT) is discretionary and not a promise.
Restrictions. You may not mint or hold a tradooor if you are in, or a national or resident of, a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, or if you are subject to sanctions. We may pause, restructure, postpone or cancel the mint, or refuse or reverse a mint before delivery, at any time and for any reason, including a change in law or platform rules.
Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes arising from minting, holding, selling, or receiving a prize.
