REKT TRADOOOR (this website) · Rekt Brands Inc. · Last updated 18 August 2026

REKT TRADOOOR is a forthcoming project from Rekt Brands Inc. Rekt Brands Inc. is the controller for the personal data described here. This policy explains what this site collects, why, and who processes it.

Short version. We ask for your email address only if you choose to give it, and each mailing list is a separate, unticked choice. For the mint we work with public wallet addresses: ones you give us for an allowlist and ones we read from the public blockchain to check holdings. We never see your keys, we never sell your data, and you can leave any list in one click.

What we collect and why

Email address. If you sign up on this site, we use your address with your consent to email you about REKT TRADOOOR and its launch. We store the address with Klaviyo while you are subscribed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Optional additional lists. The signup form offers two further subscriptions, each unticked by default and each its own separate consent:

Ticking neither is completely fine; you will still receive the REKT TRADOOOR emails you signed up for. Unsubscribing from one list does not affect the others.

Wallet addresses for the mint allowlist. To run the allowlist phases of the mint we process public wallet addresses in three ways. (1) Rekt Mkts Pro members give us an address through Whop; we link it to the membership record only to check that the membership qualifies at the snapshot and to allocate the right number of mints. (2) For holder lists (for example Rektguy, $REKT and eligible OSF and Rekt collections) we read holdings from the public blockchain at the announced snapshot time; this is public data and we do not combine it with any identity beyond the address itself. (3) The resulting list of addresses and allowances is uploaded to OpenSea so that its drop platform can enforce the phases. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous, but where one is linked to a membership or email it is personal data and we treat it as such.

Wallet connect (later). If a version of this site lets you connect a wallet, your public address is used to show you which tradooors you own and to let you set a display name; where you have an ENS name we may show it. We do not ask for, and can never see, your private keys or seed phrase, and connecting a wallet does not give us the ability to move anything in it.

Public blockchain. Minting, holding and transferring a tradooor are recorded on a public blockchain that we do not control and cannot edit or erase. Anyone can see which address holds which tradooor.

Game data is not personal data. Prices, trades, liquidations and standings shown on this site are produced by our own engine from public market data. They contain no information about you.

Cookies, storage and hosting

Local storage. Your chosen terminal theme, and any desk name you set, are kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.

Site access. While the site is in pre-launch, some pages sit behind a shared password. Your browser sends that password with requests to those pages; we do not store it against your identity.

Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request logs — IP address, browser user-agent, pages requested — for security and operations, retained per Vercel's own policy.

Bot protection. The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from scripts. Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser signals for that purpose only, under its own privacy policy.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.

Processors

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States; transfers are protected by the UK Addendum / IDTA, Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.

Lawful bases

Consent for each marketing email list you tick. Performance of a contract and our legitimate interests for running the mint allowlist: checking eligibility at the snapshot, allocating mints, and preventing abuse. Legitimate interests for keeping the site secure, available and free from abuse (including short-lived rate-limit counters derived from your IP address that protect the signup form).

Retention

We keep your email address for as long as you are subscribed, plus a suppression record afterwards so that we do not email you again once you have unsubscribed. Allowlist address lists and snapshot records are kept for as long as needed to run the mint, resolve disputes about eligibility and meet our legal obligations, and are then deleted or anonymised. Hosting logs are retained per our provider's policy.

Your rights and choices

To leave any list, use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to hello@rekt.com. To clear stored preferences, clear site data in your browser.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting hello@rekt.com, and we will action it promptly, subject to records we must retain. We aim to respond within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will tell you. You may also complain to the ICO in the UK, or to your local supervisory authority.

Children

This site is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change; the date at the top always reflects the current version.
